Trekking Excursion to Cajón Negro (November to May)

Embark on an exciting adventure with our Cajón Negro trek, an ideal destination for trekking enthusiasts and nature lovers. The journey begins at the stunning Inacayal Waterfall, where we'll cross the Piedritas Stream and follow the path leading to Cajón Negro.

In the first stage of our hike, we'll tackle a steep section, accessible for those with some experience. As we progress, the terrain levels out, guiding us through a majestic coihue forest along the Las Piedritas Stream. The lush vegetation and the sound of flowing water create a magical atmosphere throughout the trail.

Our final destination is a spectacular 15-meter-high waterfall, offering a breathtaking natural display. The trail is divided into two distinct stages: the first, with moderate difficulty, is suitable for hikers in reasonable physical condition and extends to a cattle guard. The second stage, which presents a greater challenge, features steeper and more rugged terrain, requiring additional effort to cross a slope and reach the final pool of the waterfall.
